Our Accomplishments

Since 2005 Hablamos Islam, Inc. has been dedicated to educating the Spanish-speaking communities about Muslims and Islam. We focus our efforts on increasing educational resources through literature, media, and presentations in Spanish on the Islamic religion and culture.

Published Books

We speak Islam, Inc. is the first producer of bilingual (Spanish/English) children's books on Islam in the world. We have published books on the Islamic creed, monotheism, the Muslim women’s veil, manners, professions, stories of the prophets, the holy month of Ramadan, and more.

Our books have reached the hands of children in different cities within more than 18 countries, including Spain, Morocco, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Venezuela, Egypt, Canada, France, Bolivia, El Salvador, Peru, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and others.

Hablamos Islam, Inc. has participated in the annual Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) conference for more than a decade by organizing the sessions in Spanish, presenting topics on Islam, and facilitating the planning for the events.

Dawah

Hablamos Islam offers dawah training to Latinos

Apart from all other projects, we focus on sharing the message of Islam with all who wish to learn. Our main objective is to educate, not to convert anyone. For this reason, we have participated in and or organized "open doors to the community" events where we welcome the local residents to the mosques and present topics of interest to them, set up tables or information kiosks with free literature, and provide follow-up support with people or families who are interested in Islam. Whether at a public engagement or in the privacy of a home, we go to great lengths to inform and share with our audiences the beauty of our faith.
